00:44: There is no 'retirement age' at New Albion: it; is not permissible to end an employment

01:05: Employers should include in their contracts; performance metrics compatible with
01:09: Equality law by which they may vary employment.
01:14: Performance metrics should be reviewed on; a regular basis,
01:17: at intervals of no less than three months.
01:21: Reviews should qualify employees for; enhancement of contract as well as diminution.
01:29: New Albion Community Service tasks may also; require performance metrics to be met.
01:35: A regular Physical Performance Review is itself; a Community Service task which employers can
01:41: refer to as part of their review.
01:45: The Physical Performance Review is; mostly about physical health and
01:49: forms part of your medical history.
